Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by [COMPANY NAME], CVR [CVR NUMBER], [ADDRESS], Denmark ("we", "us"). Contact: [EMAIL] / [PHONE].
2. The service
We design, host and maintain websites for therapists and clinics on a monthly subscription basis. The features included depend on the plan you choose (Starter, Professional or Premium) as described on our pricing page. The website we build for you remains hosted and maintained by us for as long as your subscription is active.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) per month, exclusive of VAT (moms). 25% Danish moms is added at checkout where applicable.
- Payment is collected monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. We may suspend the service if payment remains outstanding after 14 days' notice.
4. Term and cancellation
- There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal (link on your receipt and on the order confirmation page) or by writing to [EMAIL].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Amounts already paid are not refunded for the remainder of the period.
- Upon termination we will take your website offline. On request within 30 days, we will hand over your own content (texts and images you have supplied).
5. Right of withdrawal
If you order as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. By ordering, you request that the service starts within the withdrawal period; if you withdraw after work has begun, we may charge proportionally for the work already performed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (orders with a CVR number).
6. Your obligations
- You provide the content (texts, images, practice details) needed to build the site and warrant that you own the rights to it.
- You are responsible for the professional accuracy of your own content, including compliance with rules that apply to your profession (e.g. marketing of health services).
7. Our obligations and liability
- We aim to keep your website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited under Danish law.
8. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you supply. We retain rights to the underlying design system, code and tools used to build and operate the site. For as long as your subscription is active, you have a licence to use the delivered website for your practice.
9. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example enquiries submitted through your website's contact form), a data processing agreement is available on request.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. Consumers may also complain to the Danish Dispute Resolution Board (Nævnenes Hus, naevneneshus.dk) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
